About Gillian

About Gillian

Gillian is a published author with over 30 years of experience in health and wellbeing. Her background covers nursing, midwifery and health visiting, including experience working with the Flying Doctor Service in the Australian outback.

Gillian is a qualified master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming and trained in Mind Mapping® and Speed Reading techniques with Tony Buzan. Gillian is also a licensed instructor in Pilates with the Body Control Pilates Academy® and runs regular Pilates exercise classes.

  • I suffered from regular lower back pain, struggling to get out of bed after a night’s sleep! After several doctor’s appointments, including MRI scans, I was diagnosed with a leaking disc.
