I developed Daily 10 Pilates after my clients asked me to record a short series of pilates exercises. They wanted something they could do most days, away from home or on holiday, with no equipment, no special clothes and standing.
The feedback has been wonderful, but what excites me most (and genuinely surprised me) is how far and how fast Daily 10 has travelled!
Daily 10 has gone global, reaching South Africa, The Middle East (Oman), Queensland Australia (Magnetic Island), Spain, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Andorra, Lanzarote and closer to home, The Isle of Wight and Hayling Island. And it is still travelling!
Daily 10 is now a growing series: Stand & Stretch, Arms & Shoulders, Focus on Legs, and Standing Balance, with more to come.
